Multiple Ending Games: Persona 4, Deus Ex, Eternal Darkness, Nier

Continuing our list of the best multiple ending games we now come to Persona 4. Nier, Deus Ex and Eternal Darkness

Multiple Ending Games: Deus Ex, Eternal Darkness, Nier

Persona 4

Persona 4 is another awesome Japenese game with multiple endings. Persona 4 is a JRPG based around a murder mystery. Of course, that naturally means that at some point in the game you’ll need to decide who the murderer is. If you get it wrong you will see the bad ending. Get it right and you’ll see the good ending. Seems perfectly logical, no? Almost too logical for a JRPG, perhaps.  To make up for it, there’s the true ending, in which you need to enter a room you can’t access multiple times, talk to characters you probably have no reason to talk to, and do other sorts of random stuff.

Dues Ex / Deus Ex: Invisible War

Our next multiple ending game is Deus Ex and Deus Ex Invisible War, both of which contains 4 different endings. The ending you will see is determined by the faction you join. The fourth ending, however, is a little weird, but is explained in this video.

Eternal Darkness

Eternal Darkness is our next multiple ending game and has 4 possible endings. Getting to each of the endings is perfectly logical. You choose which faction you join and get to see that faction’s ending. Beat the game with all three factions and you get the fourth ending. Simple.

Nier is a lot like Eternal Darkness and also contains four endings. to see them all you will have to complete the game from the start four times. It’s worth it to see the fourth ending, though, which is pretty ingenious and very unique. To see the fourth ending you’ll need to collect every weapon too.
